Summary: The staff was friendly. Some updates would be nice. The bathroom fan runs loudly anytime the light is on. The 3 bath towels are thin and small, with only one hand towel and washcloth for 2 people for 2 nights. The tv channels are limited and rather dated. Breakfast is lacking compared to other similarly priced hotels. We didn’t use the pool or golf course, so can’t comment on those.

Summary: Front desk attendant seemed annoyed that we checked in. The room was filled with house flies dead and alive. The pool had so many house flies floating in the water. The pool equipment had some rust and some broken pets of the stairs to the slide. Overall, I would NOT recommend.

Summary: Staff was excellent especially Wednesday afternoon check-in. Don't remember her name but she handled the check-in procedure in a speedy and most professional manner. She at all times was pleasant, cheerful with a sincere desire to make everyone in our group feel welcome and tend to our requests. Summary: There wasn't really option for breakfast which is included in the price for the stay. The pool was very dirty and the stair to the water slides where in rough shape. It felt weak in some spots. The hot tub had a nasty Foam on it. The hallways looked dirty and needing to be vaccumed and there was dust everywhere. I know that it has the potential to be a awesome hotel it just needs a little TLC.

Summary: We appreciated the room complete with a comfortable bed, nicely functioning AC, easy to use TV, mini-frig with freezer compartment, and bathroom divided into two parts. The complimentary breakfast was a bit thin, but adequate. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful!

Summary: Staff was friendly and super helpful, very nice and welcoming, also they were understanding when we had to leave early for a family medical emergency. It is located in a great place just off the highway 30 minutes to Madison and 30 minutes to House on the Rock and absolutely love the surrounding landscape, scenery on a golf course plus near great food (Ope Haus is delicious!) Breakfast and drinks were filling, we enjoyed the activities for kids it is perfect for a low key water park like feel with the fantastic slides, ping pong and game room. Spacious and clean rooms. We will stay again!
